Overall responsible for Privilege Club customer proposition and maximising members travel on QR. Key deliverables include driving member loyalty to produces measureable and profitable incremental revenue, Responsibilities include development of a package of recognition / rewards that is competitively superior and developing segmented / targeted promotions to influence member travel behaviour.

Planning and Research:

Develop detailed knowledge of Privilege Club data along with core programme mechanics and partnerships working, Understand and use third party data as required, Plan and design loyalty products, features and benefits to generate revenue. Deep dive into member data to understand key drivers, behaviours characteristics and member segmentation, Analyse member data and work closely with cross functional stakeholders to develop and implement targeted promotions to drive member behaviour, Drive annual budgeting for miles across earnings, redemptions and promotions, Develop and maintain updated competitor analysis and monitor competitive offerings to ensure that QR product remains competitive. Lead the research of market trends related to loyalty programme benefits and products and project future market trends. Lead the team in developing and presenting business cases, including product, analysis, mechanisms, costs and performance measures. Develop, Communicate and Monitor regional Privilege Club KPI’s in close working with Regional sales teams to evaluate performance, Negotiate agreements with service and /or product suppliers, where necessary, Create a membership benefit road map for Qatar Airways.


Lead the team in developing, designing and implementing new benefits to be included in the Privilege Club programme, Develop and implement campaign measurement metrics, Analyse and report campaign results; make recommendations for improvements for future campaigns

About You:

About you ::

To be successful in this role you will need to have a Bachelors Degree preference will be given to those have Business Administration, Marketing or related field degree, postgraduate degree is a plus. You have minimum 7 years of job-related experience, Experience in Loyalty Marketing, Customer Analytics, CRM, campaign management and derelict marketing. You must have strong knowledge of Loyalty programs, focus on airline loyalty will be added advantage, Sound understanding of Loyalty Financials. Proficient in MS Office applications: particularly MS Excel, Excellent communication, organization and presentational skills, Experience in loyalty programmes and developing associated membership benefits.
